who i am

 I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BC), a Registered Social Worker (BC, Alberta & Ont), Registered Psychotherapist (Ont), and Clinical Supervisor for the CRPO. I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, with extensive post graduate training.  Which means I have the qualifications and expertise to provide professional,  helpful, and accountable counselling services.  

I have over a decade of experience working collaboratively with youth, couples, and adults to help them address the troublesome memories and experiences from the past, the struggles and difficulties of today, and the anxieties and fears about the future
